Has anyone here had difficulties recently with the supplier of Coligone? I am struggling to get hold of them and find the where abouts of my order. I have read not great reviews about the customer service so now I am panicking that my money has gone and I may potentially not receive my order!! I have emailed several times, text and tried to call but I am still in the lurch as far as my order is concerned!
 
I was interested in getting some. I tried ringing them and got no response. Sent a FB message and again no response so in the end I gave up.

I ordered it online and initially I did get a response but now, very very little and I am none the wiser as to where my order is and why it's not here :-(

About this time last year I ordered some when mare had ulcers. Took until Feb with many a chasing email to arrive.

Really?? I won't be waiting that long!! I will be raising a dispute with PayPal at the end of the week if it's not here!!
 
I have her on Facebook, it seems that as the company has gotten bigger she is struggling to keep up with demand. Infact I think she is trying to sell Coligone to shops to sell on rather straight to customers.

She is a one man band by the looks of things struggling to keep up with demand. You are not the first person to query where their order is.

As per my messages to you first thing this morning (and the automatic reply on Facebook) I have been out of the office delivering today and won't be availabile until the evening to do office work - I
Have refunded your money as you are clearly worried about not receiving your products - I am sorry it never reached you this week.

I don't understand why you'd refund my money if you sent it already though. You said it would have arrived by now and ignored my emails yesterday afternoon. Thanks for the refund. I'll try a different product 😊
