Coligone vs Brewers Yeast

I have read a lot about stomach ulcers and Coligone and Brewers Yeast keep on coming up help and I wondered what the difference between them and if they do different things as what I have been reading virtually says they are for the same thing??

I've struggled to find the ingredients of Coligone online. I'd be interested in what's in it to form an opinion.

I think of it as brewers yeast = actimel and coligone = gaviscon

My old horse is on brewers yeast daily but needs a good dose of coligone once a week to keep him happy
