I can't help really ... but ....I was going to buy some Coligone today but they didn't sell it our local tack shop - they recommended NAFGastriAid instead so I have bought that for now but if it doesn't help I will get some Coligone online next time.
My horse is an ex-racer, windsucking, grumpy old mardy mare - I'm hoping this will help
I haven't used Coligone but I have used Global Herbs Acid-X and found it was very good I tried a small tub first and then my feed merchants ordered the big one for me - I think it was about £80 but it lasted 4-5 months
Ulcergurard pellets from Equine America. Mine won't eat coligone in either flavour but she'll eat the pellets on thier own and I found them to be very effective. Mine used to be very girthy when tacking up and after a few days on this she was fine to tack up.
Also have a tub of acid X from global herbs but don't know how effective it is as again she doesn't like it - I find it smells a bit peppery.
