as title was wondering how the horse was from last night was she just full or more serious

Hiya ....

Thankfully she was just full and just tired, Also the cut that I had mentioned last night on her inside hind near the hock is infected, So that could have also been a cause for her "out of sorts" behaviour .

Vet was called out this morning, Shes now on antibiotics, danolin and is being polticed .

So not great for the girl that owns her

. I don't know if I mentioned, her owner is on holiday in greece, So I am doing some horse sitting for her, The girls mother is also a friend of mine but she is unable to care for the horse as she is on crutches recovering from a hip replacement .
We were in abit of a sticky situation whether to tell the girl about this cut getting infected, but her mother said her daughter would want to know and would end up getting cross at her mother for not telling her, The mother was then worrying whether to tell her or not incase it ruined her holiday as this horse means the world to this girl, Understandable though .

But all in and all and to cut a long story short

....Mare is fine apart from this swollen leg

Oh and yes, we had some more poo's this morning

It is indeed, Especially when said owner is very fussy about her horse , But I can't talk because I am the same
