I am going into year eleven next year and am almost at the end of year ten. This whole year has been about college, and I want to go to Plumpton College and do Equine Studies. I've been there for open days and talked to people about it, and I have several booklets to, so I'm sure about it. One thing - there's a course I like the look of but two of the requirements I have no idea what they are!
The first one is 'An Entry Vocational Studies Certificate' and the other one is a 'Foundation Level GNVQ'. What are they?!

Usually these entry requrements are alternatives to GCSEs and similar - they are practical qualifications (also known as vocational - a vocation is, generally, a practical career) at an entry level which allows access to the course.

Looking at the info online, it says you require one of the entry requirements - the two which you have named above or 2 GCSEs at A-D. So no need to worry about the other 2.
