Does anyone know how they come up? I have a 16.2 TB of average build- not a spindly sort and have been looking at the new ComFitec bridles as he problems with his teeth and jaw. I just thought it may be a little more comfy for him but am not sure if I'd need to go for a cob size or full? Some cob bridles seem huge and others tiny! Daughters horse has a Jefferies in cob thats fits mine but a GFS also cob thats too small.

Actually have i been suckered in here! I've read all the info on many sites where they state its comfier on the jaw and teeth but loking at it really its pretty much the same as a regular cavesson bridle except basically the noseband splits either side of the bit and does up in two places! Realistically is this going to make a huge difference to a horse who wears a basic cavesson?

Hello! I work for the company that makes these and I love mine. I sized up for my boy - he is normally a full size but in these he’s a warmblood so I would definitely recommend going up a size 😊

Sorry I tried to and thought I’d replied yesterday to this!
Thanks Staarzan that’s cool, I’ll go for full size then. Do you really notice any difference In your horse in this and a regular bridle?

I have to say, I was surprised by how much of a difference it made to my boy. Being entirely honest, I was sceptical, but he is a different horse. He was always quite gobby, heavy on the right rein, and constantly faffing about with his tongue. Had all checks and confirmed he was just gobby.

Tried my ComFiTec bridle, and all of that stopped. He's not now suddenly turned into a grand prix horse, but he is SO much better and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a fussy horse. Lots of our retailers offer a hire option - that might be worth trying so you can see if it works for you before committing to buying one?
