Colour of competition breeches.....

Slightly tongue in cheek, but I was reflecting today - when on earth are the relevant disciplines going to accept other colour breeches/jodhpurs than cream/beige? It is SUCH an impractical colour, it shows every mark and is a nightmare to wash - why can't I go XC in my black breeches?!!! They accept other coloured jackets now, why not breeches? :) :)
 
You can go XC in any colour breeches. BE rules changed last year (or year before). Not many people do as it's such a faf to change them after stressage/SJ, especially when hot and sweaty.

ETA - hmmm the BE rule book really doesn't make that clear, no wonder I missed it!

I opt for beige too white is just too unflattering! My OH does karate and that is waaaaay worse. Fully dressed in white in a sport where people may bleed - Come On!
