Hey,
A good site to use is Animal Genetics UK, here's the link
http://www.horsedna.co.uk/
They charge £16 per test, and £25 if your testing a grey horse. I've used them personally once, and they send out the kit to collect the hairs, and info, and send through a certificate with the results. (I don't work for them or anything, just think they were v good).
