colt height potential

i have a colt who was 1 on the 31st may. not sure of breeding, was sold to me as unregistered sec a but has actually turned coloured!!!(white and silvery grey) with 2 blue eyes!!! question is, he doesnt look like an A to me as his nose isnt dished his legs are too long and his ears are too big-he currently stands at 11.2hh, so how do i tell his height potential? also are blue eyed ponies hard to sell?

if he's 112 already he's going to be bigger but i dont know how much bigger!! a sec A only grows to 12hh or 12.1, i think, and if its bigger than that its then classed as a sec B!!! its on the wpcs passports. hope that helps a little bit!!!
