I need to sell one of my tribe, i currently have 3, one who is a 7 month old colt, 17 month old and a broodmare who is possibly in foal (will be scanned next month) so i cannot sell the 17 month old under any circumstances as he is my baby but i need to sell one of the others. In a way i dont want to get rid of the mare as she is possibly in foal and wont get the right treatment but then i could think that about the foal... if the mare is not in foal i can bring her back in work once i have had my baby in a few months..

Any how, i am so undecided which one to sell, thats if i actually sell any!! What would you do?? Sell colt or mare?? Or keep all and possibly have a 4th in June and a baby of my own??

Some serious help needed please

Well if the mare is in foal you are going to be no better off once she's foaled, so will prop have to sell the foal once weaned and twice the heart ache so if it was me I would sell the mare and keep the colt. Very hard I wouldn't like to do that with my lot

Advertise the youngest colt and the mare, and see what response you get. Test the waters...

You are not under any obligation to sell if you

a) don't like the viewers
b) feel that you don't want to do it afterall
