Combined Training - Few Q's

Well I entered my mare to do some combined training and when looking at times there was only 3 in the 2ft class so I phoned and they took a late entry for my pony (who hasn't been schooled/jumped in ages)

Anyway my questions are
1. Can you use a whip in the dressage?
2. Can you have caller?

This was not a prob with the mare as I use spurs and learnt my tests but I don't know the test for my little boy and I use a whip with him
