combo rug ? best

I use the horseware range. they are mid-range rungs, not too expensive and excellent value for money. They are the only rugs that do not rub my horse's shoulders ( i have 2 horses and they fit both really well). I would recommend to everyone!!

i seconded weatherbeater

very affordable
fit well

Are you talking turnout or stable?

Turnout I have a Rambo Duo - pretty pricey at about £200

but it is absolutely fantastic! Doesn't rub or move and being able to buy the changeable liners means you can use it nearly all year so figure its worth the extra to know he is comfortable, dry and warm!

Stable I have a weatherbeeta Belmont Combo, price is nice at £60, fits really well and is lovely and snuggly - love tucking my boy up in that on a cold winter night knowing I am leaving him wrapped in a great big comfy duvet!

Btw they come up big! My lad is 5'9" - 6'0, got the 5'9" and its very roomy!

Turnout - Recommend Horseware or Weatherbeeta, have both on my gang and they have done really well.

Stable - Weatherbeeta Belmont Combo and Premier Equine, both really nice rugs, also have a couple of Masta l/w combo's, but they come a little short in depth, but still do a job, oh and the Fal Slumberdown with zip in neck is really nice fo ryour chuncky models, all at reasonable prices.....

I am a huge fan of Rambo rugs, and am in the process of buying a wardrobe for the new horse.

I have bought a Rambo Duo which comes in a standard 100g weight, with a removable 300g liner. I have bought a separate 100g liner in addition.

The plan is that he'll wear this rug 24/7 - but I have bought a cheap stable rug as well.

Ive got a rambo combo and I love it. Ok it was £220 but its lasted through the winter and doesnt rub, slip or leak.. Plus Ive got the added bonus of either having as a MW or HW depending on the weather.
