Combo turnout rugs and folding the neck back - would you / do you?

Out of interest, does anyone do this or is it a big no-no? Do you fold it under the rug or over? I've known a few people do it with stable rugs, but I'm unsure about turnouts!

I will fold back indoors but not outside, the neck will get wet and muddy inside, could get caught on something or just flap around possibly upsetting the horse.

Yes same here. Indoors I have done but not for outdoors..

As above, when I bring my horse in I'll fold the neck back onto the outside of the rug, but the neck is always in the correct place when my horse is outside for the reasons be positive gave.
