Ok possibly too much info here, but I have reently started riding again (now that I have found a share), and just wondered what you lot think the comfiest knickers are to ride in?
I have several different sorts that all seem to rub in one way or another (again sorry if TMI)!!!

Ok maybe thats where im going wrong, my ...ahem... bigger knickers are all the shorts style ones, I feel a trip to M&S may be on the cards!

I ride in tescos knicker shorts, they are so comfy and don't rub anywhere. I rode commando last night as I went straight from work and only had a thong and thought that I'd be better with nothing

yuk to commando or thong, or maybe i am getting old??!!! i ride in big comfies i am afraid but always co-ordinated to what i am wearing, ended up in hospital before now fretting about what colour nick nacks ive had one (once was a green pair to match green jods) now i stick to black or white depending on outer layers SAD or OCD yeah i know i know......

I ride in whatever, thongs are fine if they fit properly Ive never had a problem with them, I also ride in the shorts thingy ones. But do have some with no seams so dont have any vpl.

Cavallo breeches with suede bum... not to thin me thinks... must be the pants..... I shall try different shorts and maybe a thong, seems like it might be uncomfy tho!!

I have more of an issue with my ankys than i do with my pikeurs, so it was just an idea!!
La Senza shorts are good!

I really can't do the thong thing, I wear them all the time but I just can't ride in them. They end up wedged up my doodaa and they fit me lovely, if anything they are a bit big not small

Good thinking GlamourDol..... but they are the same breeches I had when I used to ride every day, so Im just gonna try differing pants me thinks, cheaper than differing breeches!!!

I've tried alsorts especially since I've lost the weight and found that everything rubs in one place or another and I'm at a loss, big pants, small ones and I'm tooooooooooo scared to try a thong!!!!!!!!!

Lol no definitley not, Some material of jodds irritate my legs its awful gets that bad I cant walk. Cant remember which jods they was though.

I only ride in thongs as I don't like having a VPL! Plus I own no big knickers. TBH I have never found it uncomfortable in the slightest

I can't ride in thongs either. I tend to go with m&s granny style ones!!! I haven't tried riding in the shorts style ones but i don't tend to wear them anyway as they just seem to rise up!!
