Well.. not trying to be harsh but he is slightly back at the knee and has quite an upright shoulder, and a bit of an ewe neck going on there... but he is really lovely colour!

yup but the neck is the easiest bit to change with correct schooling so thats fine. Am not sure about your space to fit a saddle though

Firstly she's clearly a girl so whoever you bought her from fobbed you off on that one. Doubt she would make the height for pony showing classes, especially if they decide to measure from the highest point of the back seeing as that is higher than her withers! Her tail is too short, you would need to buy one of those false tails for her. She looks to be lacking a lot of muscle on her hind quarters, you would need to do lots of hillwork or liunging in a pessoa to build this up. Her neck is rather long and upside down, though obviously the correct work would fix this (!)

Her mane is also quite sparse, not sure how you could get round this, either hog her and show her as a cob (though she's not really chunky enough), or invent some kind of plaited wig for her and hope the judges don't notice, or better still a long wig for her to wear down and disguise that awfull neck, you would have to enter her in native classes then though, and pass her off as a new breed of pony, native to north africa!

She stands under herself a bit too much so you would need to teach her the correct legs out showing pose so she can show herself off better. Her feet are rather splayed, not sure what you can do about this! Go somewhere with a deep surface so no one notices. ;)

I would be intrigued to see what kind of show saddle you can find to fit her. Also jumping would be interesting! She is a lovely colour and looks to be in good condition and I hear this breed are very good doers so easy to keep, also she will save you a fortune on water bills!

Good luck, let us know how you get on with her. :D
