Has anyone got the above boots, if so what do you think of them, do they make the horse sweat, do they slip?

I need a set of boots of boots for slim long legs

The ridged ones always slip down

I've got weatherbeater travel boots on my leggy TB. They are fleecy lined and have never made her legs sweat even on really hot days. They have never slipped either, altho my girl is a sensible traveller! There was a debate on comp riders about travelling without boots in hot weather, but I am not brave enough to do this, and I have never found the weatherbeater travel boots to cause overheating of her legs.

I had some, and no they don't slip- but I didn't like them as they're very stiff and sold them on ebay.

I use no boots, or if the horse is a known bad traveller then those neoprene 'turnout socks' provide good protection.
