Comfrey - hilton herbs!? dosage ??? help!?

Helloo,
just bort some comfrey of Hilton Herbs for my boy with a fractured sesamoid.
Was just wondering what dosage to give of it?
+ ive bort it in crushed leaf form i think.... ?
has anyone ever got anything from there before?
