Coming into season now?

My 4 yr old Italian Spinone bitch didn't come into season in the autumn....I think she's coming in now. Is this a bit odd?

Our Lancashire Heeler was very late coming into season, about 3 months, we had planned to take her to another show but I didnt enter as it would have clashed with her season.

Its not odd no, bitches often have erratic seasons, some go 3 months, some go 6 and some go 9 months or longer.

ive got a poodle that has a season once year,my other one has them every six months and so do my 3 westies.one of my poodles is off to stud dog on xmas day and or 27th give or take a few days.going to be a very busy breeding year.

Just to clarify OP are you querying because your bitch is late or because she has Comecon season in December? Bitches can come in season all year round, they are not like horses that normall don't have seasons in winter.
