Attention all of you that keep "leisure horses" within the boundary of our National Parks (Dartmoor, Exmoor etc). I attended a public meeting last night along with 400+ other concerned horse owners about the plans for the New Forest by the National Parks authot

Please take note as they indicate that if this plan is approved they will use the New Forest as an example and roll it out to other National Parks and Local Authorities. If they have their way we will have to apply for planning permmission to rug, feed and put hay out!! So if any one thinks they could be affected even though you are not in the area please have a look.
