Coming to UK on a Spouse Visa in July.... Driving License help??

Hey all, our move has become rather imminent, from the US to Shropshire, and I'm wondering what I will need to do in order to haul a 2 horse trailer in the UK. Am I eligible on my 12 month "grace period" or should I get a B + E ASAP? Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance! Xx
