Companies supplying immunotherpay vaccine

For summer itchers. Mine is positive for black fly but not culicoides midge, so we get the vaccine for black fly. So far so good, but the company it was sourced from last year have stopped making it and my vet is struggling to find one that does. Either in the UK or Europe, he has obtained the import licence - the USA might but it might be prohibitively expensive.
Any suggestions - he has tried all that he knows, but I said I would message him any I heard of so he could either know he had tried them already or give them a call.
