Yes but he killed the fox, so at least the law made some sort of sense in his case eh? A little less if he'd just have let it go.

Thet didnt have written permission, so were in effect poaching, the law was always going to hit individuals with no permission more than hunts, Ive dug foxes all year had no problem because I have written permission, its just a little piece of paper that makes all the difference.............Carreg

If you mean he is now a criminal like Tony Wright then so am I. With 1000's others on Exmoor.
