Does anyone know of the name of the company that buys second hand saddles off people please?

Its something like saddle master but a google search hasn't revealed it.

I have 2 saddles with saddles direct. An Albion dr and barnsby's jump
They won't buy them only advertise them

They told me 3 weeks ago someone had come to them and bought my jump saddle. But haven't paid me yet

They are terrible at answering emails or phone calls

Although the small print does say you have to wait a month for you money to comply with distance selling regulations. However I didn't think someone coming to them and buying would class as distance selling. But I still have to wait. I get £560 they get £730
