Right following on from the 'Competing Alone - the answer??' post earlier this week, who is out doing what, where, by themselves in the next 4 weeks, and who is available to buddy up - either if you are out competing or would like to be involved by giving a hand to a fellow HHOer?
There have been lots of offers and support for this idea so lets see if we can get Team HHO up and running for all our benefit!

(lots have people have said to get admin to put a sticky on this post - excuse my igorance but how do i do that????)

Ok - I'll offer myself up first...

Can help anyone who requires a spare pair of hands at Mustead BE next weekend? Will be going to watch anyway as OH wants to practise his photography, plus I'm hoping to compete there later in the year, horsey isn't ready yet.

Am a quick tacker upper, but I think my most valuble skills will be my bacon roll and cup of tea fetching ability....

Can also help through out the season at Tweseldown/Mustead/Stilemans and anything else in that sort of area....

Cheers...

Hi everyone

I have a horse entered for Lincoln this weekend in Saturdays sections. The horse is based in staffs/mids area with a rider whose lorry is unfortunately broken at the mo!! My lorry is having brakes done so real nightmare, and Gatcombe next week so could do with going. If anyone could offer any help im sure my rider would be very grateful. Any transport costs etc would be well covered if anyone is going!!! Please help haha

I'm entered (BE) for Munstead(22nd March), Goring(29th March) and Larkhill(5th April). I will have, at least, my husband with me and so will definitely have a spare hand if anyone is stuck.

Please post here or PM me if you would like a hand, provided you're not going to be in the same section as me and beat the socks off me

Hi, i'm going to munstead on 22nd, and S of E on the sat. I've got mum coming with me but if anyone needs help just let me know! Also S of E is really close to me so if anyone would like a groom on the sunday i'd love to help (as long as i get a cup of tea at some point during the day!). I groom for an int. dr rider so i can cope with most things you want to through at me!

I'm at Somerley on the Tuesday. I'll be tied up doing scoring but happy to be on 'emergency duty' if anyone is there alone.

I am going to Gt witchingham on saturday 22nd for the Intro so if anybody would like some help i am more than happy to do what i can. I am also going to the Essex & suffolk hunter trial this sunday at semer if any body would like to come and help me.

I'm thinking of jumping at Northallerton on Saturday and dressaging at Union Hall on Sunday if anyone's interested. I'd certainly appreciate some moral support for the BN at N'allerton. Its usually quite big!

Im available to give anyone a hand if needed .... my horses wont be eventing till later on the season so not doing much now. Grooming used to be my 'profession', lol, and have groomed up to 4* so am fully qualified if anyone at all in doubt. O yea, am based in South Wales, not far from Caldicot/Chepstow area so sth wales/hereford/worcs/glos/south west kinda areas are easy for me to get to.

I'll be at SofE on the sat. I'm used to competing on my own, but it would be nice to link up with other people doing it on their own. We could start our own 'billy no-mates' club!! If any one needs help on the Sun I'll be free!

Anyone in the SE area (Surrey/Sussex) wanting a supporter/tea maker/runner for a day, then let me know. Would love to come and help/support people.

Likewise, I'm at S of E on Saturday. Don't need any help as I've got it all down to a tee, just nice to have people to talk to. Hattikins is coming over for a chat which is lovely!!

Would have come and helped but i'm xc schooling on sat and have a lesson with Stuart Murray on Sunday!

Next time hopefully i wont be busy with my girl!

Do you know - thats typical - because its actually a 2 day show at Northallerton and so I could of done Richmond BD Saturday and Northallerton BSJA Sunday and Richmond is a much nicer venue than UH.

On the other hand UH is only 2 minutes drive away and I think Northallerton will be quieter on the Saturday as all the qualifiers are being held on the Sunday.

Thanks anyway, that would of been great - but a pretty long trek for you to Northallerton anyway. I might pop up to one of the XC rides up at your place now they are back on again so might see you then.
