So, boots that are multi purpose for cross country and showjumping and at a price which won't break the bank!
Having to buy a set of boots for horse I am eventing this season and owner doesn't own any boots for him, so I'm having to splash out (or not if I can help it!)
Advice please!

Hmm, well personally would go to premier equines site, buy a front pair of open fronter tendons for SJ, and then there comp boots (have many variations now) all round for XC.... or just all round comp boots for both if ponio is careful SJ....

I ordered mine yesterday and they arrived this morning. I got the ones that were in the sale, ordered medium but they seem to have come up quite large. I think they'll be ok on my boy (15hh relatively fine-legged Welsh Cob). They seem reasonable quality - especially for the price!

I bought them and 2 fleeces too (see my £1.99 for fleeces thread!).

The boots look sturdy enough, I bought them for schooling at home but I plan to use them on my chunky Welshie this weekend for XC - am hoping they'll fit his fat legs.

I've just added a set to my shopping basket, then noticed they have a (presumably new?) style out in the main section with a different picture and more detailed description (not in sale);

http://www.premierequineinternational.com/acatalog/horse-boots.html

Anyone know what the difference between these and the sale boots ( are (would spend the extra money if it was worth it, but if they've just changed their log or summat, wouldn't bother!)?

Cheers!
