Competition Calmers

Does anyone use them, how are the results and can anyone recommed one to use?

Nupafeed liquid calmer, strong magnesium works a treat! you can up and down the dose depending on the occasion etc. Used to use NAF magic- wasn't any good just smelt nice!!

I use Nupafeed very succesfully as well and have used it for a couple of years now. Expensive to start off with but quite economical once the loading dose is in. Can be boosted with syringes on competition days.

So Kalm paste is good , just use like a wormer a couple of hours before event and seems to stop him getting hyped up but doesn't make him dopey

Hi,who makes cool,calm &collective??(not heard of this one)
ive tried most on market wiv no success TBH,only one i have not used is nupafeed as expensive,tried booster syringe on the day, it did nothing but heard good reviews on the liquid calmer 4 days b4 comp??then a good dose the day of event??

Cool calm and collected is ade by equifeast. its a magnesium based one but i found it far better thanthe NAF one.
Harry Mead endorses it so it must be BE approved.
I feed it one scoop every day and double on show days and that works for me, they say to find it 5 days on two off but i found my mare couldnt relax on it like that, each horse to their own!
