hi guys,

Am looking for a new jacket for competing. Am doing mostly BE, maybe a bit of BSJA too - and unaffiliated stuff. I like navy best, but really don't know what to go for. I am tall and have quite long arms - but also quite slim waist - am a size 10. But most of the jackets I've tried are too short in the arms or too baggy in the waist.

Any ideas? Don't want to spend a fortune...

Thanks.

sounds like me!! i have a barbour-absolutely gorgeous material far nicer than a pikeur IMO and plenty of room in the arms. fits lovely round the waist. il try and post a pcture of it if you give me a minute

erm i think it was about 150-180 really not sure, i bought mine from derby house a couple of years back

Oh I tried one of those with the pink collar on yesterday at the British Open - it was nice, but not quite long enough in the arms/small enough on the waist - it was alot cheaper than on the website though!

Saw a nice one on the RTS Sportline website, washable very similar to the Pikeur one and the size chart gave lots of measurements for arms etc. It was also 99 Euros and their stuff compares very favourably to Eurostar/Pikeur etc.
