From Thursday 28th, we are going to start two competitions to celebrate that Spring is on it's way!

The first prize will be a year's free horsebox or trailer insurance but we need some ideas for a second and third prize as we don't want to not include all those people who haven't got their own transport.

Any suggestions for good prizes!?

Are there any great products out there at the moment that you'd love to win? Or a lesson with a famous rider? Vouchers and if so, for where?

I would think that in general, a voucher or similar to some place where you could buy horse equipment, usually would be very welcomed.

Vouchers might be best, maybe for Robinsons or Derby House so the person can choose what they want to buy do you think?

I had thought about a saddle or something like that but I guess everyone has different tastes so it could get complicated!

Please note that I'm from Sweden and haven't bought from either place, but I did look at their websites and personally, there was quite a few things that I saw on Robinsons website that made me think Oh I want that, less so on the other website.

I've been to a competition in Sweden that always have a lottery, where one of the prizes usually is a saddle, and even though some might think that it looks or sounds more impressing than a voucher, I've always wondered if the winners of the saddles really had any use of them? After all, some horses needs particular brands of saddles and if they then buy the lottery ticket hoping to win one of the other prizes, what do they do with a saddle of the wrong brand? Nowadays I presume they might end up on eBay, but everyone doesn't do eBay selling...

Now I will have to try and go to bed, or I could end up staying up all night doing window-shopping over the internet...

What about instead of a pre bought saddle, you offer a saddle to the value of a certain amount? That way the winner of that prize will more than likely be able to win a saddle that fits their horse.

or maybe a bridle up to the value of a certain amount? Again, the winner would be able to chose something that they like. :)

It sounds like a good competition! Good luck with it all!
