I have zero knowledge on anything to do with horse’s . Went for a hack for the first time whilst travelling around Scotland and loved it . I currently live in Glasgow and was wondering what the options are for regular horse riding with the same horse or is there any yards that allow you to part own / own a horse that they tend to ? All advice welcome

When the lockdown is over, get in touch with riding schools in your area. As a beginner, you will need to start with riding lessons and if possible some horse care and stable management lessons too. You certainly can have the aim of sharing or part loaning a horse in the future. It's definitely attainable if you are willing to learn and put in the time and effort. :)

A riding school is a good place tp start, and you could also look into volunteering at a horse charity if there are any nearby. You would learn a lot about caring for and handling horses on the ground. In therm of riding schools they vary enormously in terms of quality of horses / teacing / facilities, so choose carefully. Really good luck!

Another vote for a good local riding school. Start with riding lessons and then work your way up form there. This forum is also full of useful information and very helpful people too.:)

And always remember - there is no such thing as a silly question!
