completely fed up

I am so fed up of being nice and honest when it seems to get thrown back in your face.
New liveries have arrived, and all of whom seemed to be nice and asking the usual questions. Me being helpful have offered to help at any point I can, including giving them discounted lessons, helping plait up when they can't, offering advice on tack and feed ect.. Even offered to clip their horses this coming week.. They all took me up on my 'helpfulness', even booked me for lessons and clipping and want me to show them the local hacks...
Then within the last 48 hours, everything suddenly gets cancelled, I get told via text, or through another person.... why can't they tell me to my face?? I've done nothing wrong, yet suddenly no-one is approaching me and now I feel I completely wasted my time, energy and my brains!!
Some people don't know a good thing if it slaps them in the face..

Oh I also forgot to mention that all of a sudden Iam not allowed to use the arena as they have priority! (i can at 8am and 7pm) but that isn't helpful when you have a young family to sort!?!?!

So I think that I will just have to say '**** ***' and walk away, let them mess it up, I ain't helping no more!!

Don't let them get to you. Just let them get on with it themselves.
Why would they have priority when it comes to the arena?

They have priority cos there horses are stabled in the yard, mine live out and are 'housed' when needed seperately in a makeshift garage so I don't pay stable rent ... yes, iam doing things on the cheap but its the only way I can manage to keep horses!! - it all come down to money I guess.

Are they going to be using the arena every hour between 8am and 7pm every day?! How many horses do they have? What do other liveries think of this? Who told you you were barred between these hours. It all sounds a tad selfish to me. Your YO has agreed your livery arrangements and I am assuming that no time did they say "If some one comes on the yard paying more money than you do, you go right to the bottom of the list for everything." I pay part livery on my yard that doesn't mean I have priority over DIY's when it comes to using the facilities or full liveries over me.
