Today I had an emergency farrier out to put Bears shoe back on as we have a show tomorrow.
Him and his dad are well known P2P breeders/racers.

He asked me to name my price on Bear!

He said he's a rare type these days and well sort after, apparently he's worth a fortune!
Which I know anyway

Being told by a top breeder (who shows at HOYS) that I have a "cracking example of the breed". Pony isnt even registered! I was also asked to put my price on him, but I will never sell him.

Being told at NIHF by the judge that Tommy was an absolute treasure of a little pony and such a wee star .
Of course all the compliments on here that I get from all the lovely HHoers

Also compliments from both tommy and missys breeders on how well they have come on .

I have lost count on how many times I have been offered money for tommy . Hes my wee buddy and such a wee sweetheart of a pony .

Ive had compliments about missy on how well she has looked and also her fantastic temperment , Had a compliment from a friend of mine who showed her at balmoral for me saying ... That she was the most well mannered 2 year old that she has ever shown , which is lovely .

Bear isn't any special breed, his mum was a cob and his Dad's a TB x Hannorvarian!

I should have said I'll sell him for 6k!! I bet his face would have dropped then LOL

Colleen, Tommy is a cracking little pony!! What breed is Missy?
Bear's breeder gave me a lesson yesterday and she said he's turned out to be a lovely chunky boy! ooh and I am getting over my fear of jumping! I jumped about 2ft 3''!!
He was so good, and the biggest high for me was I didnt fall off lol!
Im a real wimp when it comes to SJing, if he had someone confident on his back he would do so well!

Dols- I only do little local shows, he cant go any further as he's not registered. Id much rather go out hunting for a day anyway! I hate people watching me!

I was told by a top show person that if ever i sold my mare she wanted to buy her!! That was before she was injured! Should have taken her up on the offer!!

LOL!
How was she injured?

I was once approached at a show by a bloke who handed me his cheque book and told me to write my price on for my pony! She was a wee star and a brilliant jumper who had just completed a lovely double clear but there was no way she was for sale! He didn't give up then and every time he saw me he kept trying. His daughter was a lovely rider and in some ways I maybe should have taken him more seriously as I only go 18 months with her before I was out of ponies, I had some fun with her in adult classes when I could get away with it and had her until she was 33.

A friend of a friend was offered a blank check by onwe of the whittakers. Thats a complement and a halff, but he turned it down.
