Concussion

Concussion in the knees is quite common, but what about concussion in the fetlocks? Does this occur at all? And if it does is heat a side effect/syptom of it?

Apparently horses with club feet or short, upright pasterns suffer from increased concussion and trauma to the fetlock and foot resulting in lameness or unsoundness.
