Awww, he's got the same kind of face marking as Roo :D

He's not bad. The ribs are obvious because he's clipped. He's lost a bit of weight since the summer pictures but he's not particularly skinny. I'd describe him as 'lean.

I'd just increase the amount of hay he has (maybe try haylege to see if he's more enthusiastic about eating it?), rug well and wait for spring.
 
When you say condition score - what model are you using? What scale do you want people to refer to?

Despite that, I wouldn't be too worried. Minor weight loss, over a harsh winter.

ditto... plus the horse looks llike it needs muscle, not weight. I'd be looking to feed a bit more protein.
