confidence training / NLP???

Does anyone know of any confidence coaches or NLP practicioners in the Midlands? Would really appreciate any recommendations or ideas of what to try to overcome general whoosyness!

I’ve got a great little book, about using NLP for schooling by Wendy Jago. Very wordy but might help you in the interim between finding a good RI!

Would be interested in this too. I have been using the Confidence Rider CD's which have been good so far but would be interested in NLP if you find someone doing it!

I did find a book called Confident Riding by Kelly Marks at the Windsor Horse Show last weekend, but I didn't get a chance to look at it very closely. Might be worth a mooch though.

The HHO user Sarafina does NLP, I met her at Your Horse Live in the Autumn. Might be worth sending her a PM to see what sort of services she can offer. Her name is Jo Cooper and this is her website http://www.equestrianconfidence.com/

I haven't tried her services and have no links with her other than chatting to her YHL, she was the only HHO member who came over to our stand to say Hi!!!

I can recommend Sandie Chambers of Equestrian Edge. Myself and a friend have both worked with her - she is based at Aston le Walls (Warks/Northants/Oxon border)
