Looks ok at a first glance. He does look a bit front heavy, big thick neck and small back end. You will prob find he will want to work on his forehand. His back heels are very low and his hoof pastern axis looks broken forward but it is difficult to tell on a photo.
As a good shoulder, could be a little more slopping. Good back but weedy bum, nice deep girth. Would like to see mire cannon but he looks quite small so i will forgive him. All in all, he looks ok. I do prefer WB/TB types so do find it difficult to look at heavier types but he looks quite sweet. I have seen worse

I think he's lovely! Nicely put together and well balanced for his age - he's a little front heavy, but with schooling when you start to work him he'll learn to use his backside and it will muscle up proportionately and balance out. Plenty of hill work will be in order!
