I'm not very good at it, but i would love to see a pic then, if you don't mind, some of the responses. I'm trying to learn more about it.

As i say im not good at it and learning, but heres my go. Good in general, a little short in the back (but it should really be a full side on pic not a slighty in fornt) a little tucked up on the belly. Dont know if the mouth is in a weird shape cause the lips are moving in the pic or if its a slight parrot mouth. im guessing youngish so growing to do.

She is pretty typical of her breeding, the arab influence makes it harder to judge her as a traditional sports horse model.

She has a nicely set on head and neck, though the shoukder is a little upright. Here she looks to stand over herself a fraction and is very slightly back at the kneee. This will tip her onto her forehand a bit. She is currently croup high but has some growing to do. She has a strong back, typical of the breeding. Her tail is set a little high for my liking but she has a good hundqaurter. Her hindlimb is her weakest area, not helped by the fact she is standing very wide behind here. But she is upright through the hindleg, straight through the hocks. Her feet are a good shape but stripey horn is weaker.

Overall, she'll probably make a nice low level alrounder if she has a willing temperament and shouldnt struggle to stay sound with this level of work

It's 'confOrmation' was my first thought! :) :)

I'm not keen, she's short in the back and very straight through her hocks. She's also croup high (which could be her age to be fair) and upright feet. Don't like her front end either.

All that aside, she's pretty enough and a nice colour. What do you want her for?

I can confirm that her conformation is short in the back and straight through the hind leg but overall she looks like a nice sort She has a good length of rein and a reasonable slope to her shoulder I like her to be honest after all not every horse is perfect So it depends on what you want her for I dont like palomino's as a rule but she looks quite sweet.

Sorry guys regarding spelling mistake, I can tell its really bugging you :P Conformation, my apologies! Shes not Arab although she has Welsh B in her lines, she is by Roulette.

I think she still has quite a bit of growing to do judging by her short back and long cannon bones. So I don't think we can properly judge her right now. At age 3 rising 4 she will lengthen above the hock and above the knee as well as lengthen through her back. I think she has very nice feet and nice length pasterns. She has a nice set on neck, and I don't actually think her shoulder is upright (it is hidden by the mane too much to tell for sure. I think she will mature into quite a stunning horse and I would be quite keen on her if I was going to view.

Blame it on the automatic spellchecker. I am constantly having to edit my posts because my stupid computer thinks it knows what I'm really trying to say and it doesn't speak equine.

She is 4 in March

I was thinking 2 year old coming 3 this time. Depending on what you want to do with her, I think she is ok conformation wise and would never have guessed her sire.

Lots of maturing to do and hopefully will make a nice small riding horse. For me she would need to be bay with a little white on her.

Yes I did think she doesn't really look like she is by Roulette who is quite a heavy set Oldenburg, she seems to have taken a lot more after her Dam.

Ktj, I think she is really pretty. What do you plan to do with her?

Conformation is very much use-relevant so whilst she may not be absolutely flawless, she may well be perfect for the job.

Do you have any more pics from different angles?

Am I right in thinking she is at a yard in Oxfordshire? It looks familiar. Second what others have said - she's ok, a bit straight in the hock, but looks sweet. Personally I think she's a bit tubby, but that might just be her age. Is it a current photo? - it looks more like a summer coat.

She looks very immature for her age, and quite pony-ish. She's very light in the neck, which is just an observation; she could well strengthen up there. Not really my cup of tea, but nowt major wrong with her basic frame. How big is she?

Her feet are a good shape but stripey horn is weaker.

Just to pick up on this... the pigment, or lack of it, makes no difference to horn quality.

I like her. She is straight through the hocks (she is standing a little base wide on the hinds in that photo) and has a plainer head than I normally go for, but there is something nice about her and it's not just the colour. If she has a nice trainable temperament then she is well worth considering.

Just bare in mind that she is immature and will look much better once she reaches 6.
