I personally dont think that head looks at all arab or section A. And i don't think she looks 3/4 arab, so maybe the stallion did have something heavier to him. Not sure about breeding, but i would like to see her in good condition and muscled up (and without the beard) before i said 'dont do it'.
I thought the head looked more like a highland than anything else!
Only comment on conformation is about her shoulder - I think she's very upright, but by what you describe this doesn't show in her movement. Would also be nice to see an after pic of her after she's muscled up
