Nice baby, standing slightly "camped under" which may be contributing to slightly upright shoulder. Lovely reach of neck sweet head and great butt but needs a bit of muscle on gaskin. Nice compact back - has a bit of growing to do, I would think. Ask me again in 3 years when he is matured. KoDs are in almost every pedigree in Ireland - he was a great SJ sire.

I think the camped under hindquarters is just the angle/pic. My gelding has slightly camped under hindquarters and this confo fault doesn't hold him back!

Haven't critiqued him heavily on muscle - he's still a baby - wouldn't worry about under developed gaskin (biceps femoris) - he will develop that over time, as well as his hindquarters, they need work.

King of Diamonds - my horse's distant grand grand grand grand sire (lol) - very nice stallion, although I prefer Clover Hill, not that I'm biased as my boy is one.... :p

Thanks all, yes he is underdeveloped at the gaskin and isn't standing too well. I doubt he will be a top level jumper but you never know! I bought him because he was very rideable and has a really good temperament, and I don't think he is a horse I will have problems with!

No point repeating! LOL

Nice looking horse, I had a KOD mare once who was very sharp and, thanks to a previous owner, a complete baggage! Hopefully your boy will be a lot nicer :D

Not experienced enough to offer a good CC but he is lovely, nice and compact. Also I bought mine from same dealer and have found he was just what they said, although he is a very different type to yours. Good luck with him.
