I know its this time of year but pony is now rugged up or not - he has been rugged last couple of days due to awful rain/wind however went to ride yesterday and he is moulting 
was wondering if i should carry on with the rugs now, which i have checked he is not too hot - or shall i under rug him so i can clip him soon
