Conjunctivitis - active ingredient in drops?

I've left a message with the vets, but I'm pretty sure the active ingredient in the drops I gave my mare last time were identical to human drops? Does anyone know?

Unlikely to be able to get hold of vet drops until tues so hoping I could pop to Boots tomorrow instead.

We always have some in the fridge just in case, for both horses and humans. It's good stuff.
