Hi, I’m looking for Connemara Stallion recommendations for breeding my mare.

She’s a lovely 13hh Cob (so nice and chunky) and has the most amazing temperament I’ve ever come across and has a brilliant jump on her too.

I’m looking for a stallion with the following;

- Athletic and forward moving
- good jump
- fantastic temperature
- on the larger side ( as I would like the the foal to be as tall as possible)
- available for AI

Also if anyone has any Connie x Cob’s id love to see them!!

Not a Connie expert by any means but there is a 14.2hh called Glencarrig Dolphin out pony trialling well that might be worth looking at.

There is a lovely Connemara stallion I've seen at the stud where I had my mare, he's called Fear An Ti, I think he has a face book page

Depends what type of connie x you're hoping to produce but I love the Tulira stud. Proper traditional connie types. Please come back and update us!
