No idea how she got out, she was definitely locked in when i left the yard (was early due to the snow, so left at 3.30)
She has been round the entire yard over night and helped herself to every other horse on the yard's breakfast, and given me a real colic scare too! Thankfully she has done a couple of poos, drank and eaten (I walked her in hand for 20 minutes as i was a bit worried), plus we have a Vet coming out later to do vaccinations anyway, I spoke to him this morning to get some advice, and he's going to go over her later to double checkl - but she was happily munching on a haynet when i left her... - it helps that she seems to have the constitution of a pig. My biggest worry is that so many of the horses have molassed chaff - Connie is on a strict lami diet - hope that she doesnt get any after effects of the sugar.
Blooming horses, they're just one big pain in the neck!
