ooh it looks fab! i like the way you show pics giving the image that the yard is for all abilities, I think a yard that sounds too posh can put off the everyday rider.

WOW you offer a lot of services!!

Brill!

I've just looked at your site for the first time, and i like it... I also love Rupert!

I think the sponsership bit is great and there's loads of info on your success etc.
Personaly, if i was looking for somewhere to send my horse (without already having a recomendation) I would like to see more info on the facilities for the horses. I want to know how big your boxes are, what bedding you use, do you have rubber matting, do you have all year turn out, do you feed hay or haylage blah blah blah.... I know i'm soft

, but I want him to be happy wherever I send him! I have just looked at a about a million places up north, so speak from experence!

I think you should have one of those fab pics off your siggie on the home page too.

Can I persuade you to kidnap my daughter? She's very good at mucking out and handling stallions, she can ride and you would need to feed her and her horse but think of the money I'd save here.. (HH goes off dreaming of foreign holidays)

Site looks very good indeed, I reckon you'll have a busy summer.

personally i'd like to see more photos of the stallions on the front page maybe links at the side of the page to each stallion.
where you have highlighted the words on your home page
can you get it to take it to the page when you scan over it.

agree that site needs more info on the types of livery and more photos on size of stables, tack room ect...
what about adding some video links of you riding youngsters so people can see the quality of your work.

hope this helps but love the tidy yard and the stallions are gorgeous.

Thanks, the bold writing is supposed to help with search engines finding the site etc, I will definitely put some more pics on of stables etc. I am just re painting atm, so will do it once im finished.. is it easy to view video clips? I always worry people with dial up wont be able to see them or they will take ages to load

I agree, that would be really helpfull for people who don't live near by.

Also, if people are allowed to take horses home.....think i might take Rupert LOL

On the testimonials, the anchor link for Claire and Minnie doesn't work, oh and the space before 'Current Residents' bugs me LOL. Maybe put some captions on the gallery page? And a little bit of javascript so if you click on them, a new window with a larger version of the image and a [close window] appears?

I'm a bit of an IT geek and perfectionist, sorry!

Personally, I would start the home page with your signature photos rather than the "wanted" ad.....if I fell across the site it might convey desperation rather than the (correct) intent of a serious professional yard. (Also "accommodation" in the ad should have 2 "m"s..very important to get all spelling right IMHO). I'm not sure about the need for all the bold text....other sites manage to be found without lots of bold text...have you got the correct words specified in the tags of your site..and I believe having as many links to your site from other people/sites helps to get yours up the listings in Google etc. I'm sure Google has "Help" pages that would assist with this. Your most impressive qualifications seem to be in the dressage area so I would list these first, then the jumping.....
All just my opinion, your photos and recent results that you have posted on HHO are the most impressive things and hopefully will help your business too, good luck.

It looks really good

Really like that you've added videos and a wider selection of images.

Def up for a BBQ -Could drop Darce off with you at the same time

but please don't make it June 9th as I have a wedding

imo i still think you should have a picture of you (or whoever) giving a proper dressage lesson, and not just two kids lessons. It will make it look much more professional. x

Well I'd be up for a BBQ if it was in May, as my friend would still be at Hartpury then and I could drag her along

Wish I wasn't still at college, I would jump at the chance to work for you! Any vacancies in a year's time, let me know!
And the website looks really good, but I agree with whoever said you should have more 'advanced' lesson pictures, as you say you take lessons for all levels but only show pictures of basic levels! And I'd try to spread the pics of you riding around the pages a bit, instead of just all on the gallery page. Lovely otherwise though!
