Does anyone have a copy of a sample contract i could look at....

Im going to let out some grazing land (first time ever!) and havent a clue what im doing, or what needs to be in it...

Three most critical things are:

1) make the agreement for 364 days or less, with the land being vacated on day 364 even if only for a day. (to ensure you dont inadvertently grant rights for all time)
2) Draw it up as a licence agreement and not as a tenancy.
3) Make sure it is very clear in writing who is responsible for fencing, water etc and also what happens if more animals than agreed are brought in or animals are neglected

edited to add that link also has a sample grazing licence agreement link on there, tho it doesnt cover neglect or extra animals specifically enough.
