Contract for rented land.

Does anyone have a contract that they use for land they rent. Wasn't sure if the BHS have one or anyone could point me in the right direction. I'm now about to rent some land out and would like to put something in place to ensure I get payment and not squatters ! Thanks.

If you rent land its an agricultral tenancy so most people have al iscence to graze
