Contract for sharer???

I've jsut found a sharer for one of my horses and wondered if you guys had contracts for your sharers and if so how did you draw it up? Was it based on the BHS loan one and if so where can I find it???

I think it's probably quite important to have an agreement for this sort of thing these days, although shares often seem pretty casual. Always good to have something to fall back on if things are unfortunate enough to go wrong. The BHS loan agreement could probably be adapted fairly easily and having discussed it with a solicitor a few weeks ago was told that for it to be more solid you really need to add as much detail as possible as the way it stands it is a little ambiguous. If you Google 'BHS loan agreement' it's the first result (a PDF). Sorry can't link you as I can't find the right bit on the website!
