Contractors that make small bale hay in shropshire.

I seem to have a bit too much grass this year and am considering making hay from some rather than just top it and waste it. Can anyone suggest a contractor for the smaller yard. I know plently that do big jobs just none that do smaller patches of land
 
What sort of area do you have to cut?

If its a catchy hay making season you could end up with the liability of rotting grass in the swath etc...

For small areas its unlikely it will be cost effective to use a contractor, unless there extremely generous and/or very local.
 
based near ellesmere, got about 5 acres to cut, unfortunately it has gotten a bit long to graze and/or top, the mares have been at stud a little longer than expected. I have roughly 5 acres to cut. It just seems such a waste to leave it, have it trampled. One of the bigger contractors who is a friend of mine may do it if he has a window, but his equipment is big. !!! IT is possible to get it in just if i could find a localism farmer with a small baler etc it would be great
