Contracts for part loan.

Hi I have somebody coming to meet me and my pony on weds who is interested in part loaning. Fingers crossed we all get on, she sounds very nice on the phone.

Can anyone give me a clue as to what I need to include. Also do you break down the list of responsabilities or have it all under one heading? Thanks.

have you seen the BHS standard loan agreement? it's very good and gives you an indication of the sorts of things you ought to be including.

I have a share agreement that suits my requirements - happy to send it to you if you would like, just PM me your email address. (it's basically drawn from the BHS one but with a few extras I wanted including)
