Coolex cooler neck rug - sizing?

Hi all - could anyone tell me how the sizes come up on these? I have a 16hh TB and not sure whether to get Medium or Large.

Sorry can't help with size but just to say Old Dairy Saddlery have them in the sale for £10 at the moment
