Errmmm.... in case anyone hasn't noticed, horses and ponies have been self regulating without our help for millenia... are you DESPERATE to spend your money??

But with this rug they would self regulate under one rug in a variety of tempratures remaning warm and dry.

So instead of the half a dozen rugs I currently own for various conditions I could use this one rug to keep my horse warm and dry whilst he kept cool or warm underneath, plus what about those days where the temprature varies and you don't know what to rug them in?

I think that's more the point of the rug.

It does look like it could have a benefit as a "rainsheet" for unclipped native ponies. I'm wondering what to do about the exmoor i'm getting, as she's currently out naked and has developed a lovely thick coat. I'd like to leave her naked, but on wet days I won't be able to ride so putting a rainsheet on woudl be useful. Only problem with that is the rainsheet will press down her coat so she won't be using her natural coat properties of trapping warm air to keep her warm!

How much are they though? Bet they're a fortune!
